Job Summary

Duties

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their referral status and next steps.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely scheduling of appointments.
- Utilize coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9 for accurate documentation.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to referrals or insurance claims.
- Provide support in the dental office setting when necessary.
