  • RN Medical / Surgical position at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport, Iowa.

    • Job Requirements

  • BLS (required for all direct patient care personnel)
  • NIHSS (required for stroke care)
  • License / Certificate Verification (must be dated within 30 days of start)
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon / Tspot)
  • Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start)
  • Trinity IA Sing Report (required for all engaged contractors)
  • Trinity Skills Checklist (for clinical contractors)
  • Trinity Education Verification (attach completed report)
  • Trinity Criminal Background Check (dated within 30 days of start)

    • Schedule Information

  • Night shift 1845 to 1915
  • Every other weekend (EOW)

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Unit details specific to RN Medical / Surgical roles at Genesis Medical Center

    • Additional Details
