Genesis is seeking an experienced, Full-Time, Desk/phone Medical Assistant to travel between our busy medical facilities in the Woodlands and Tomball locations. Applicants must be dedicated to providing superior patient care, able to prioritize, organize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Perform some administrative Duties
Scheduling patients with providers
Patient problem resolution/follow-up
Answer patient questions
Send patient messages to all staff and providers when needed
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years prior medical assistant experience required
Certified Medical Assistant preferred
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Current CPR is required
