Genesis is seeking an experienced, Full-Time, Mental Health Insurance Verification Specialist who is bilingual in Spanish for our busy Medical practice. This position is located in our centralized business office in Spring. Applicants must be dedicated to providing superior patient care, able to prioritize, organize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
2-4 years prior Medical Insurance Verification preferred.
2-4 years prior experience obtaining mental health verifications.
Must be familiar with in-network and out of network benefits.
CPT Coding/ pricing experience preferred.
Must be able to handle a large number of phone calls daily.
Must have computer experience.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
