Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential customers to showcase vehicle capabilities
- Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to close deals
- Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing options for customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
