Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Luxury Auto Sales Consultant to represent the Genesis brand. As a valued member of our elite sales team, you will guide prospective customers through the process of purchasing or leasing their Genesis vehicle. Your mission is to provide unparalleled service and personalized solutions to meet the distinct needs of Genesis buyers, ensuring that every customer walks away with a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers to understand their automotive needs and desires.
- Present and demonstrate the exceptional features, performance, and luxury of the Genesis lineup, including test drives and in-depth consultations.
- Provide tailored solutions for financing, leasing, and trade-ins to match customer needs.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, from the initial consultation to post-purchase follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to dealership goals and overall growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on all new Genesis models, features, and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor for your clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team, service department, and management to ensure a smooth and professional sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-end auto sales, luxury retail sales, or customer-focused industries.
- A genuine passion for the Genesis brand and luxury automobiles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong focus on providing top-tier customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Previous experience with Genesis or other luxury automotive brands preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.
