Job Summary:
Genesis of Charlotte is seeking a skilled and experienced Lube Technician to join our team at our Matthews, NC location. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine oil changes and other basic maintenance tasks on vehicles. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to $23.00 per hour, plus potential for bonuses and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Inspect and replace filters, belts, and fluids as needed
- Conduct tire rotations and basic tire services
- Keep accurate records of services performed and vehicle information
- Recommend additional services or repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role
- Proficient in basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
