We Offer:
Repair Service Advocate level position available for candidates to get started with a financially rewarding career path
Full time 45-to-48-hour Monday thru Friday work week

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
Prior automotive experience a plus
Candidates must have a stable work history
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
Possess strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience
Ability to discuss all levels of repairs to the customer confidently
Ability to perform all levels of Warranty administration for the customer accurately
Ability to manage a team of assigned technicians and their tasks
Ability to impressively adapt and overcome repair work deadline obstacles
Create a streamline customer experience using displayed leadership qualities
Create a personal customer base and industry leading retention through world class practices
