- Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and market changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Import Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of import automotive brands and their parts inventory management.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with dealership management software and inventory tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Drivers License.
Compensation & Benefits:
