Role Overview:

The Growth Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) in executing strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. This role will involve a mix of strategic planning, data analysis, marketing support, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for growth strategies and a knack for turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Growth Officer:
• Assist the CGO in developing and executing growth strategies to expand patient acquisition, retention, and market share
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize growth initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Staff, to align growth strategies with organizational goals
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., patient acquisition costs, conversion rates, retention rates) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track progress toward growth goals and present findings to leadership
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in patient engagement and operational efficiency
• Marketing & Patient Acquisition Support:
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to attract new patients and build brand awareness
• Monitor the performance of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising, and recommend optimizations
• Explore new channels and partnerships to expand our reach in the orthopedic and sports medicine markets
• Strategic Project Management:
• Lead or support special projects, such as market research, competitive analysis, or pilot programs, to identify new growth opportunities
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute growth-related initiatives
• Operational Support:
• Assist in streamlining processes to improve patient flow, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience
• Support the CGO in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions to drive scalability

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or business development, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chicago resident
• MBA from Chicago-based university
• Experience working in a startup or rapid-growth environment
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry, particularly in orthopedics or sports medicine
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
