What You Need to Know Genesis Products is seeking an experienced Advanced Associate for our wood processing manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for :
- Conduct thorough inspections of paper treating processes and finished products
- Document and report any defects or non-conformities in the paper treating process
- Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues
- Conduct visual inspections and measurements of treated paper products
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in paper or wood products manufacturing
- Ability to utilize and interpret data from Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods What we offer :
