Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate sanders to smooth surfaces of wood.
- Do any touch ups as needed to remove defects.
- Inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Do the proper sanding process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Clean equipment and work area.
- Follow safety procedures
Abilities:
- Be able to lift 50lbs.
- Operate sanding tools.
- Ability to read instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Attention to detail and to identify and correct imperfections
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
