Qualifications
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper materials are used in panel manufacturing process per each customer’s schedule. Maintains production flow and sequence for each entire day’s shift.
- Carefully monitors line personnel and duties; ensuring product is run per material and customer specifications.
- Monitors each production run, making machine adjustments to maintain consistent product quality throughout.
- Maintains written and mental knowledge of various material and customer parameters to maintain batch to batch consistency.
- Visually inspects lamination process, looking for defective boards and stable application of film to panels.
Secondary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains records of daily production data and completes all related paperwork.
- Evaluates condition of surrounding plant areas for general and specific hygiene issues; assigns clean-up duties as needed.
- Available to assist management personnel as needed.
Abilities:
- Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
- Detail oriented and neatly organized.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Ability to meet safety standards
- Excellent communication skills.
