What you need to know:
Genesis Products is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to be responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of the equipment and premises. The technician will perform maintenance tasks such as electrical troubleshooting, equipment repairs, fabrication, facility maintenance, etc. The ideal candidates will be thorough a professional who is able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health, safety and environmental guidelines. The goal is to maintain the equipment, buildings and common areas in the best possible condition

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and pneumatic background
- Experience with European machinery (Homag, Steffani, Holtzma)
- Basic electrical knowledge (12VDC-460VAC systems)
- Proficiency in PLC programming and automation systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis Process
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Capability to research and resolve equipment issues
- Physical ability to work in demanding conditions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
