Genesis Properties is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a townhouse community, Talbot Apartments in Norfolk.
Job Responsibilities are as follows :
- At least two (2) years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Must be proficient in Plumbing, Electrical, and Appliance Installation and Repair
- Proficient in Apartment Turns
- Must have HVAC skills
- Must be able to communicate with Supervisors, Residents and Coworkers
- Must be able to be serve "On Call" rotation
- MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
Requirements :
AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
HVAC CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
MUST BE ABLE TO BE "ON CALL" ON A ROTATING BASIS
Compensation : Starting at $21 / hour DOE plus bonus structure
