Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per Hour
Supervisor: Program Director

Summary of Major Responsibilities:
The Night Monitor Officer at Genesis Recovery is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its occupants during nighttime hours. Reporting to the Security Supervisor, this role involves conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to any security incidents that may arise.
Detailed Duty Statement:
- Conduct regular facility patrols to deter and detect unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure a secure environment.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms and take appropriate action.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and notable occurrences.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Assist with implementing security protocols and procedures to enhance the facility's safety.
- Check all entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
- Provide a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
- Report any security breaches or safety hazards to the Security Supervisor.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications Needed:
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
