Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and strategic positioning of Cyber Liability product offerings in the middle market segment
- Collaborate closely with leadership to define and refine product appetite, marketing strategies, and underwriting platforms
- Actively participate in underwriting activities, demonstrating a willingness to "get hands dirty" and contribute directly to production
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product development and strategic positioning
- Design and implement comprehensive product guidelines that balance risk management and market competitiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale trading partners (currently 45 and growing)
- Contribute to the development of the company's new in-house underwriting and policy management system
- Produce thought leadership content that highlights the organization's innovative approach to Cyber Liability insurance
- Support the company's long-term vision of expanding into multiple insurance segments
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of product offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product implementation and market adaptation
