This high-impact role focuses on fostering deep relationships with key retail and wholesale brokers, with a strong emphasis on the markets in Chicago, Dallas, and Houston. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, leadership, and hands-on experience in broker relationship management.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead regional distribution efforts aligned with underwriting strategy and growth goals
🔹 Develop strong, long-term relationships with retail and wholesale distribution partners
🔹 Partner closely with Underwriters and Product Leaders to communicate risk appetite and identify opportunities
🔹 Conduct regular governance meetings with key distribution partners
🔹 Represent the organization in the market, building visibility and enhancing local presence
🔹 Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements
🔹 Drive profitable growth by optimizing business mix and increasing share of wallet
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 10 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
✔ Proven leadership and success in distribution or business development
✔ Expertise in broker relationship management
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
✔ Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
