What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Representative, Self Pay position at Genesis Respiratory Services?
Full time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
Duties include but not limited to: self-pay, co-insurance and tertiary billing.
Adjustments to accounts as needed.
Problem billing and back log.
Questionnaires and needed correspondence.
Patient communications.
Month end processes.
Maintaining, updating, adjusting or collecting client balances.
Requirements: Knowledge of numerous types of insurance billing, must have good computer skills, must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
