Construction Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management efforts through comprehensive analysis, project scheduling, and coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a solid understanding of construction processes, enabling them to contribute effectively to our projects.

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support as assigned to support the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team.
• Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation for Grid Investment programs.
• Coordinate with GIC contractors and inspectors as needed to ensure invoices have proper supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly accruals for Grid Investment programs.
• Participate in the review and analysis of project data and metrics, including production reports and status updates as needed.
• Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
• Assist in the organization of construction-related documentation. Support Team Leader in contract administration tasks.
• Construction project management and/or construction administrative experience required. Intermediate (or greater) proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• CAMP experience a plus.
• JETS experience a plus.
• Fiber experience a plus.
• Distribution experience a plus.
• Utility experience a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 – 50.00 per week
