Genesis Technical Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Piping Designer for an onsite hybrid role in Mobile, AL.
Duties :
- Perform design from concept to implementation
- Perform research to back up design
- Perform engineering documentation
- Perform other items as directed by a senior engineer or discipline lead
Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
Requires 10 years of experience as a Designer or related position. An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. HVAC experience and REVIT software.
Experience :
Experience must include the following : 10 years of experience as a Designer in a manufacturing industry; experience designing and developing drawings for complex equipment foundations and steel framing; experience performing interference checks and coordinating drawings with other disciplines; knowledge of applicable Building Codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC); proficient with AutoCad and Excel.
