Directional Drilling Air Hammer Drilling Trenching Fiber Optics
Orlando/Kissimmee, FL to Tampa/Clearwater, FL
We are looking for reliable Supervisor interested in a career in the growing industry of Horizontal Drilling & Installing Conduit - Pulling Fiber.
On The Job Training provided for setting up traffic control, the requirements before starting to dig, Crew Reports, Bore Logs, and Posting pictures of every step of the project.
1099 Position
Qualifications
1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Minimum 2 years construction experience in the field (not office)
3. Minimum 1 year experience as a Supervisor - Management
4. Bilingual Spanish & English - OR WILLNG TO LEARN for basic communication
5. Good communication skills for EXTERNAL contacts, including but not limited to customers, VDOT, and homeowners; INTERNAL contacts, most importantly the crews being supervised but other supervisors, Management and Office Staff
6. Willing to travel out of state (hotel will be offered at company’s expense)
7. Navigate Apps like Timestamps (info on picture), and WhatsApp (texting & uploading receipts, pictures, and videos).
Candidate should have a clear understanding of the following:
1. Relocation mandatory as jobs stop and start; hotels are paid for by the company outside a reasonable driving range.
2. BYOV: Bring Your Own Vehicle. Company pays for fuel and oil changes.
3. Guidelines must be followed (internal policies and external safety rules)
4. Willing to work Saturdays (6 days a week)
