Front Desk Coordinator/Security
Job Summary
A Front Desk Coordinator ensures a high level of service to all residents and guests. Additionally, the Front Desk Coordinator coordinates with other departments daily to ensure all Front Desk operations are running efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Front Desk Manager and provides reports on all Front Desk activities.
- Answers calls, helps guests and residents, and completes the Front Desk checklist.
- Completes building walkthroughs, monitors security cameras, and handles security issues.
- Oversees Guest Apartment operations: book dates and make sure apartments are ready.
- Complete nightly responsibilities including documenting all security issues and submitting any necessary reports. Performs light janitorial duties as assigned.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent
- Customer Service experience
Preferred:
- Experience working in an Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long-term care facility, or memory care facility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Genesis Village is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, to work on some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
