Front Desk/Security
Part-Time (30-37 hours) or Full-Time (38-40 hours) available
$13 - $18 hr
Shifts available: 2nd Shift
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods.
- One (1) or more years of customer service is required.
- One (1) or more years of security experience is preferred.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work nights, weekends, and/or Holidays.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure residents' safety and satisfaction by assisting residents with requests, answering phones, and other office duties.
- Monitor security cameras continuously and conduct routine security checks throughout the building.
- Assist other departments when necessary including occasionally setting up/tearing down for community activities and events.
- Other light janitorial duties as assigned.
- Complete daily/nightly responsibilities, including documenting all security issues and submitting any necessary reports.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
