Responsibilities
The Director, HR Operations Partner provides direct guidance to nursing center teams with an emphasis on employee retention, and a dynamic patient-focused, service-oriented culture.
- Employee Retention Plans: Guides development and management of retention programs. Educates center leaders on ongoing application of center-based employee retention plans.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Serves as the national resource/consultant to center leadership, ensuring personnel policies and procedures are clear, fair, and consistently applied.
- Employee Relations: Partners with center leaders to conduct initial interviews and gather information for employee relations matters such as harassment/discrimination allegations, work complaints, EEOC, ADA, or other concerns.
- Genesis Tools and Resources: Partners with center leaders to validate and implement effective utilization of Genesis tools, resources, and best practices that reduce turnover and establish a patient-focused, high-quality service culture within each center.
- Follow-Through and Accountability: Bolsters center achievement by encouraging follow-through and accountability discussions with pertinent team members.
- Learning and Development: Creates and/or leverages enterprise learning and development programs, initiatives, and resources that provide internal development opportunities for center leaders and employees.
- Bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree and/or PHR certificate preferred.
- At least 5 years of human resources experience required.
- Must possess a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
