Responsibilities:
- Document Data Dictionaries and Data Quality Checks (metadata, data movement, accuracy)
- Analyze and remediate data quality and integrity issues
- Solve complex, long-term challenges across multiple areas
- Develop and implement data governance strategies
- Drive solution design and remediation execution across teams
- Collaborate with data clients, data product owners, and data suppliers
- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Working knowledge of corporate and investment banking, capital markets, finance / financial reporting, regulatory reporting, credit risk, and counterparty risk
- Experience with financial services regulations such as BSA/AML, Client 239, Dodd-Frank, and similar
- Strong interpersonal communication and client-centric focus, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience in developing and nurturing partnerships across business and functional areas to drive business outcomes
