Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation and resolution of complex business execution challenges
- Develop detailed requirements and build test plans to support Agile initiatives
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables align with project goals
- Conduct data research and analysis using SQL across various platforms
- Work within Agile frameworks, participating in story building and sprint planning
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent via work, education, military, or consulting experience)
- Proficiency in Agile methodology, test plan creation, requirements gathering
- Strong SQL skills (Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Hadoop)
- Hands-on experience with Jira for Agile project tracking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders
Pay Range: $50-60
