Genesis10 is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer for a remote 6-month contract position. This position is availoable for W2 candidates that can start withing 2-3 weeks. This position is fully remote.

Compensation : $60 per hour W2.

Job Description :

The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting mission critical application database activity monitoring, encryption keys management and data protection applications.

Responsibilities :

• Development and support of GCP-based KMS, including scripting automation.
• Provides hands on engineering expertise for in-GCP SecuPi infrastructure, including Management Server and enforcers / agents.
• Streamlines installation and BAU tasks via automation and process enhancements.
• Provide engineering support for systems security including ssh keys and certificates renewals.
• Embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers.
• Provides continuous improvement ideas to reduce expenses and / or improve efficiency.
• Applies recommended information security standards when installing and maintaining software and seeks to validate.
• Contributes to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for systems support.
