Job Description:
- Provide support and information to client personnel in Customer Service.
- Review basic issues, policies, or procedures and assist customers.
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- 6 months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
