Responsibilities:
- Consult on complex data management initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning
- Review and analyze multi-faceted data challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented scenarios
- Contribute to the resolution of complex data issues, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to drive data management initiatives forward
- 5 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, training, military service, or education
- Advanced Product and/or Regulatory Reporting (FRY14Q) experience
- Banking and finance industry knowledge
- Commercial Lending product knowledge (Wells Fargo preferred, but Client experience acceptable)
- Understanding of risk management frameworks and control environments
- Experience working in Corporate Risk, Audit, or Independent Testing
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance risk components
- Stakeholder management and collaboration across internal partners, management, and lines of business regarding risk management
- Experience reviewing and researching potential data defects, with the ability to escalate and resolve issues
- Moderate coding skills in SQL and Python
- Data governance and metadata management experience
- Proficiency in data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries
- Accounting reconciliation expertise
- Project management experience
