Responsibilities:
- Manage workorder queue for asset management activities within the CMDB
- Perform analytical analysis and assessments of data integration sources into the Master Data Warehouse
- Perform and communicate data consistency and accuracy assessments across key IT infrastructure SORs
- Drive future data standardization and quality measurements based on analysis outcomes
- Support the SACM Operations team which is responsible to ensure the assets (hardware/software) required to deliver services are properly controlled, and that accurate and reliable information about those assets are available when and where it is needed
- Experience in Data Analysis or Data Integration
- SQL skills against industry standard DBMS (Netezza, IBM, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with problem management and ability to dive into root cause analysis
- Experience with data quality issues and development of metrics to support improvement of the data quality
- Basic technology knowledge with regards to terminology and database methodology
- Strong interpersonal and business skills to achieve cooperation/coordination of multiple tasks being performed
- Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels in technology organization
- Ability to effectively deal with multiple deadline-driven, customer-sensitive projects and tasks
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with senior management both on the Technology as well as Business
- Ability to assess and suggest changes to the Master Model over time
- Ability to provide input to reporting and integration requirements
- BS/Master's degree from an accredited university
- ServiceNow ITSM experience
- ITIL 4
