Responsibilities:
- Work in a large corporate environment supporting global workstation software deployments and assist project teams in development of software deployment plans
- Resolve workstation software deployment issues using solid triage and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Windows management platforms and automated software installation
- Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM knowledge
- Strong Microsoft OS troubleshooting experience
- Windows 10 and 11 experience
- 3 years of experience as a PC technician
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Solid understanding of ITIL Release and Change Management processes
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new processes and procedures in a timely manner
- Works independently with general guidance
- Communicates effectively and clearly across audiences (business partner, internal and external service providers)
- Continuously learn and adapt; demonstrated ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
- Experience identifying potential issues users may encounter
- Dependable and conscientiously follows through on commitments
- ITIL V3 Foundations certification
- Networking basics
- Project Management & Release Management
- Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural & international environment
- Proven ability to work independently, multi-task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator
- Detail oriented and organized
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Motivation to achieve results and the ability to quickly integrate into teams
