- Design and implement software front end application enhancements and bug fixes given general instructions
- Participate in iteration and release planning
- Understands and interprets detailed technical specifications
- Authors supporting documentation
- Participates in peer technical reviews
- Mentors Software Developers
- Coordinates with other IT and business teams- align closely with Senior BSA to identify technical requirements
- Participates in code review
