Responsibilities:
- Consult on or participate in software engineering initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning efforts
- Review and analyze software engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Collaborate with client personnel to resolve moderately complex issues and meet software engineering deliverables
- Leverage a solid understanding of software engineering functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Develop and configure automated workflows using IBM BAW.
- Contribute to the migration of monolithic applications to microservices-based architectures.
- Implement cloud-native solutions on platforms such as TAS, OCP, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
- Develop and deploy applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern UI frameworks like Angula
- Ensure adherence to best practices in event-driven architecture and domain-driven design principle
- Implement monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing tools for application performance management
- Develop automated functional testing using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) techniques
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Java development experience
- 3 years of Java unit test case development experience
- 3 years of Spring Boot-based application development experience
- 3 years of IBM BAW workflow automation application development and configuration
- 1 years of cloud-native application development experience on one of the following platforms: TAS, OCP, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS
