Responsibilities:
- Responsible for matching current technology with the current needs
- Engage in the evaluation and installation of software, hardware, and other types of support equipment into a workable network that supports a variety of functions
- Perform high-level systems support
- Responsibilities include providing problem determination and resolution, install and update newly developed software to assigned systems
- Identify alternatives for optimizing computer resources
- Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems
- Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
- Write and maintain system documentation
- Responsible for capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security, where necessary
- 5 years' experience in projects related to end-to-end server builds
- Fundamental knowledge of Systems Engineering infrastructure
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions
- Possess extensive experience with operating systems, network protocols, systems programming and configurations, and/or hubs, switches, and routers
- Able to manage multiple infrastructure projects and deliver on time
- Good interpersonal and business writing skills
- Strong IT Infrastructure knowledge (compute, storage, networking (LAN/WAN/Internet), security, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS))
- Experience with RDBMS systems like Oracle, SQL, and Middleware technologies like WebSphere, JBoss, MQ, IIB, MuleSoft, etc.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Windows systems
- Strong understanding of Public cloud technologies (Azure & AWS)
- Strong understanding of VMware
- Strong CICD and DevOps experience including use of Ansible, YAML, Artifactory, Jenkins Git,
- Excellent Written Communication
- Microsoft Visio
- Site Reliability Engineering Experience Cloud Systems Engineer Experience CICD and DevOps Experience
- Prior experience as Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
- Banking experience or understanding of Banking and Mortgage systems
