Genesis10 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in automated packaging and distribution equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing PLC control level issue diagnosis and maintenance on Allen Bradley systems
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
- Utilizing blueprints and schematics to perform maintenance safely and efficiently
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 2 years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls
- 2 years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment
- 2 years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
- 1 year of metal and wood fabrication experience
- 1 year of blueprint and electrical schematic reading experience
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
