Responsibilities:
- Drive major initiatives related to Architecture Management, as well as provide support to other functions in the team like process, issue management, metrics, and reporting
- Planning, coordinating, and delivery of a Solution Design reviews which requires engagement from various key stakeholders both within the team and outside
- Execute and manage monthly SPI metrics process
- Expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on planning and execution
- Responsible to reconcile large sets of data and provide status updates via executive summaries and reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skill with the ability to communicate effectively with senior levels of management
- Ability to progress with limited direction and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, running number of competing deliverables in parallel
- Strong meeting facilitation and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Visio
- JIRA proficiency
- Proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization (practitioner through to senior leadership)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Risk mindset with process and controls background; actively debate and escalate issues and concerns
- Able to communicate information and issues across cross-functional stakeholders including users, support partners and senior leaders
- Able to create common goals and gain agreement on how individuals will work together to achieve results
