Responsibilities:
- Consult on and contribute to moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution
- Participate in large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while delivering business execution objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support onboarding and data management processes
- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring smooth client onboarding and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
- Project management or financial services experience
- Familiarity with client onboarding and data management processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
