Responsibilities:
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Analytics
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Analytics business solutions
- Strategically engage with client personnel
- Responsible for development using Python and Pyspark
- Work with machine learning, AI, and large language modeling
- Build models to help people across the client, not just in Complaints, can help to answer policy related questions in Teams for people inside the organization
- Organize data in the system they're assigned and run analytics
- Take questions and answers on that data
- Collaborate with managers on results and run through code again to get desired results
- Develop models to hand off to other teams to do production deployment
- Speak with business partners and collaborate to understand their needs
Requirements:
- 7 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- 5-7 years of data modeling or Python development
- Pyspark/H20 - automated model development platforms
- Data Modeling (tool agnostic)
- Natural Language Processing
- Initiative
- Advanced analytics (logistic regression, decision tree, Language modeling)
- Able to build data pipelines, use Power Apps
- Able to speak clearly, communicate, and comprehend
- Strong skills in - SQL, and/or Python
- Strong Background in statistical modeling and/ or data engineering
- Ability to present findings, flag potential issues, and collaborate with team/leadership consistently

- Core Analytics and problem-solving skills
Pay Range: $62.00-$72.00
