Program management/Risk/Controls: Pennington

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical support to the team in supporting internal business controls and reporting routines horizontally across Global Technology
• Assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current program and project management implications throughout projects' timelines, including development of strategies, readiness assessment, development of training and communication
  
  

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of professional work experience preferably in technology risk and/or controls experience
• 5-10 year of project/program management
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environment
• MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics
• Proven ability to foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate Risk Culture
• QA/Testing with technology related experience
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Prior business process management or control framework knowledge
• Ability to understand systematic evidence as it relates to IT processes
• Experience with Model Development and Artificial Intelligence processes and deliverables
• Good understanding of technology / technology risk and control / technology risk management
  
  

Pay Range: $48.37 - $56.37
