Risk Analytics Consultant

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Risk Analytics Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Minneapolis, MN and Charlotte, NC . This is a 9 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Risk Analytics
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Risk Analytics assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Provide information and insights to client personnel in Risk Analytics
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Conduct financial data analysis using Excel and other MS Office tools
• Collaborate with Corporate Control teams handling debt and securities purchases

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
• Strong financial background with experience in Accounting Operations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis
• Experience working within Corporate Control, particularly in debt and securities transactions
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Pay Range: $37-47
