What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Genesis10?
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master with our client in the financial Industry located in San Iselin, NJ . This is a 9 month contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and contribute to large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Review and analyze multi-faceted, large-scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented considerations
- Develop and implement Agile best practices that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Provide strategic consultation and technical expertise to client personnel, ensuring seamless Agile adoption and execution
- Drive high-priority and high-visibility initiatives within a large organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring team collaboration and efficiency
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to improve delivery and performance
- Lead Release Management and Release Train Engineering (RTE) activities, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple teams and workstreams

Pay Range : $66-76
