Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Netsuite with our client located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Support, maintain, and enhance the client's Financial and HR Applications working with the business and IT
- Responsible for data stewardship for the Finance Team, working collaborative with the IT and Finance teams to help transition to a new system
- Lead and support data transformation and migration initiatives for financial data into NetSuite ERP, with a focus on financial modules and integrations with Workday HRIS
- Coordinate with outside vendors and implementation partners through the data migration lifecycle, ensuring alignment with ERP system requirements and business objectives
- Provide day-to-day support for the client's NetSuite data migration efforts, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements, ensuring that financial data transformation and migration align with organizational financial reporting and operational needs
- Proactively identify, document, and implement improvements in data migration processes to enhance efficiency, data quality, and system performance
- Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements by documenting data governance and controls for in-scope financial data processes
- Provide training and support to end users on data-related functionalities within NetSuite, ensuring effective data management practices and system utilization
- Work closely with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration and accurate data flow between NetSuite and other business applications, leveraging data transformation best practices
