Senior Project Manager

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Project Manager. This hybrid role is with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. The contract duration is 9 months and requires 3 days onsite per week and 2 days' work from home.

Compensation: Up to $57 per hour W2H

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
• Develop detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Key responsibilities include defining project objectives, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and meeting quality standards
• Implement lessons learned and best practices to improve program management processes
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
• Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, including status updates and risk management

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and understand dependencies
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Lead and facilitate meetings to gain consensus.
• Risk and issue management

Preferred Experience:

• 8 years of project/program management
• PMP certification
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Project
