Responsibilities:
- Consult on or contribute to moderately complex Software Engineering initiatives, including large-scale planning
- Analyze and resolve Software Engineering challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Ensure deliverables align with function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with clients to meet Software Engineering goals
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- SDLC, JAVA/J2EE, RESTful or SOAP web services
- Experience with one (1) of the following databases: Oracle, MongoDB, or DB2
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Linux or UNIX
- Experience with Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, and performance tuning
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools Jenkins or Urbancode Deploy
- Experience in Jira
- Experience with Application Logging Control tools Splunk
- Experience with Maven; Oracle; or SVN
- Experience in application performance, monitoring and optimization tools Blazemeter, JMeter, Splunk, or AppDynamics
- Experience in Application Programming Interface (API) design and development
- Experience in automations and unit testing using Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, Junit, or Jmeter
- Experience in application or software security web application penetration testing, secure code review, or secure static code analysis
