Responsibilities:
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution
- Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
- Document Data Dictionaries, including business and technical metadata, and Data Quality Checks in enterprise templates
- Conduct moderate to complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and process or control gaps
- Execute resolution of unique challenges requiring analysis across multiple areas, assisting in delivering long-term, large-scale solutions
- Represent clients in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies
- Partner with groups companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following: corporate and investment banking, capital markets, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, credit risk, counterparty risk
- Financial service regulatory experience such as BSA/AML, 2052a, QFC Recordkeeping, QFC Stay, Dodd-Frank, Client 239, or similar
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and client-centric focus
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating across business and functional areas
