Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the design, implementation and operation of Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMWare and cloud infrastructure platforms
- Provide support for the LAN, WAN, Firewall and Load Balancing solutions and for the implementation and operation of Microsoft application environments such as Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, and M365
- Provide support for the design, implementation and operation of the standard infrastructure applications such as backup, anti-virus, security, patching, monitoring, and ITSM tools
- Ensure disaster recovery solution is operational, maintained and meeting the business needs
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolving support requests and ensuring prompt and effective resolutions within agreed service timescales
- Perform maintenance tasks on supported infrastructure and applications during after business hours maintenance windows when required
- Escalate calls where significant service affecting incidents or security breaches occur as appropriate
- Follow standard operating procedures relating to management of the network and security environments
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform project work and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT Infrastructure delivery or support role
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery, design or support role for on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure
- 2 years of experience proven experience in and supporting Microsoft, Linux or server clusters
- 1 years of proven experience of year of creating automated environment deployment processes with tools such as Terraform
- 1 years of experience with core access and identity components such as Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and Client
- 1 years proven experience installing and/or supporting VMWare and Cisco Networking Equipment, including routers, switches and firewalls
- 1 years of experience with storage LUN creation, vSAN stretched clustering, storage disk utilization and management
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise networking - routing protocols & traffic flow, VLAN and subnet management
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
- On-call availability for emergency support calls
- Knowledge of SDWAN
- VPLEX Experience
