Responsibilities:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Systems Operations Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Systems Operations Engineering deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering
- Lead or participate in moderately complex projects, including a project for routing changes for over 900 Wells Fargo SaaS providers
- Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for moderately complex solutions related to email and endpoint security
- Review and correlate system logs and do extensive research and troubleshooting
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 4 years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- 4 years working in a large Production Messaging environment, with specific experience in SMTP configuration/connectivity, mail flow, DNS, MX, DKIM, SPF
- 1-year hands-on experience with Proofpoint Hybrid (POD and Sentrions)

Salary : $37 - $47
