Responsibilities:
- Technical Business Analyst responsible for gathering and analyzing the business requirements by coordinating with the business users, research professor and project manager, build functional and technical design documents
- Identify and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements from business users, including system features, user workflows, and data needs
- Evaluate the technical viability of proposed solutions, considering system limitations, integration points, and potential risks
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including system specifications, user guides, and process flows
- Provide technical expertise during project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with business goals
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather feedback and manage expectations
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience
- Business acumen and able to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with content management tools - Configuration, UI/Data validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software development methodologies/Jira (Agile)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Data analysis and visualization skills
