Technical Support Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst with our client in the financial Industry located in New York, NY. This is a 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and support AV systems including video conferencing (VC), audio conferencing (AC), and telepresence (TP) equipment
• Accurately diagnose, resolve, and escalate AV technical issues in a timely manner
• Ensure meeting room readiness through daily checks, cable management, and equipment testing
• Provide hands-on event support, including setup, monitoring, and teardown of AV gear for live and hybrid events
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve AV service offerings based on user experience
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in all meeting rooms and support areas
• Monitor equipment performance and initiate maintenance or repairs as needed to minimize downtime
• Document incidents, service updates, and technical resolutions in accordance with defined procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in Audio Visual systems and event support in a corporate environment
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV, VC, and display issues in real-time
• Excellent customer service skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Experience supporting executive-level and high-visibility events
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms, AV control systems, and presentation technologies
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to rapidly changing environments

Pay Range: $30-37
